The site

This site describes Freightform. It is not a quote, not a software licence, and not a promise that every capability mentioned as planned or “next” is live today. Rely on what is stated as available, and on any written agreement we send you.

No professional advice

Content on this site is for freight operations and commercial context. It is not legal, accounting, or tax advice. You remain responsible for what you pay, dispute, recharge, or invoice.

Founding pilot

If you send documents or forward mail to us for a pilot, you confirm you have the right to share them. We treat them as confidential to your company. Scope, price, timing and deliverables (typically a fixed-fee founding pilot of about four weeks, with look-back and a live inbox) are as agreed in writing. That writing governs if it conflicts with this page.

The subscription

Use of the application after a pilot is under a separate subscription, priced by shipments (not by seats), unless we agree otherwise. You keep your TMS. We do not become your accountant, your carrier, or a party that bills or sends on your behalf without your approval.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or product to break the law, to probe other customers’ data, or to send us files you are not allowed to share.

Limitation

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for decisions you take from marketing copy or from a pilot; the pilot’s purpose is to put exceptions and evidence in front of you, not to replace your judgment.
