Freightform is operated from Hong Kong. Contact hello@getfreightform.com.

This marketing site

Pages are static. We do not run an account system on freightform.ai. If you email us, we receive whatever you put in the message, including attachments you choose to send for a founding pilot or look-back.

We load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may request those files from Google’s servers. We do not set marketing cookies for ads. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it is switched on.

The product

The application is invite-only and scoped to your organisation. Emails, WhatsApp exports, PDFs and other documents you upload or forward are processed to file them onto the right shipment, match costs to the deal, and record absorb / dispute / recharge decisions. Nothing is billed or sent without your team.

• We do not sell your documents.
• We do not use your files in public marketing without written permission.
• Buy rates are not shown to sales or customer-facing views.
• Export of your organisation’s data is available on request.

How long we keep it

Email you send to hello@getfreightform.com is kept as long as needed to reply and, if you proceed, to run the pilot. Product data is kept for the life of the subscription and a reasonable period afterwards so you can export it. You can ask us to delete it.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers to host the site and the application (for example cloud hosting, storage and email). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
